Just a few reminders... "ppl" should be spelled "people," and "evry 1" is "everyone." Sentences start with capital letters and end with periods.

Try Buddhism.  You don't need false faith, or people to tell you what to believe in.  Everything you will come to believe will be based on personal experience through meditation.  Google "zen meditation", give it a try and you will begin to understand. I lost my faith a good 12 years ago. Still no one knows that I've chosen to stop believing (I haven't shared with anyone the reason, yet). My relatives and their friends are very religious. I would shame my immediate family if it were to come out that I'm a non-believer...so I play along when it's needed, so that I don't hurt them. It doesn't hurt me to play along, so while I'm still among family I play the part.

hang in there.. i choose my battles with religious friends/family carefully so i'm not ostracized. i find it easier not to argue with anyone that has faith, you aren't going to change them. i envy how they can believe bullshit but like you and i - i don't think they'd get that we're bisexual or atheist so i share that part of me with people that are. hope that makes sense, i'm here if you want to someone to vent to.

Men never need to reduce their sexual activity unless the damn thing falls off. The amount of sperm being produced has no bearing on sexual activity. I'm sure most men of any age would be perfectly happy with having sex a couple of times a day given the right conditions. But your question was, "How many times do 40-something men NEED to have sex?" "Need to have sex" to accomplish what? I'm 40 and I would probably "need to have sex" every couple of hours or so if the objective were to fulfill every fleeting fantasy.

Why not just come to an honest agreement with your wife that she can do it and so can you?  Or failing that both turn an (implicit) blind eye to the others indiscretions...
