Focus on eating with other people. If you have social pressures around you, you'll be less likely to binge. Let a friend know that you have this problem and have them watch you. If you have exogenous controls, and some belief in yourself, you should be able to condition yourself. Also, look up foods that taste good, but are low fat.

Most people in this World are selfish assholes.  The sooner you realize this the better you'll be able to deal with it.  When someone fucks you over, put a mental sign on them that reads "ASSHOLE" and don't depend on them again.

More concerning though, you might want to consider your own sexuality and being in a committed relationship may be holding you back at this time.  If you're gay, that's ok.

It feels so bad because you've given her so much and she is unappreciative.  There's probably not much you can do other than wait it out.  She'll love you as an adult.

Your chances of making this work are not good.  Just get it over with and break up now.  You'll enjoy university better that way.
